Nora Z, Registered Veterinary Technician

Nora Z. has been rocking the veterinary world since 2015! She spent nearly a decade in general practice before stepping into the fast-paced world of emergency veterinary tech in 2024. Hailing from the lovely Santa Rosa, Nora’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring.

She snagged her Associates in Natural Sciences in 2016, received her veterinary technician certification from SRJC in 2018, and proudly became a licensed RVT in 2019. Nora’s been a proud REVTA member and a regular at the VMX conference since 2022.

When she’s not saving the day at work, Nora is an outdoor adventure enthusiast.Yoga, swimming, kayaking, hiking, camping – you name it, she loves it! She treasures family vacations and fun outings with friends. At home, she enjoys quality time with her husband and their fur babies: Layla, the black and white domestic long hair, and Phillip, the grey domestic short hair.

For Nora, the best part of her job is making a difference in the lives of animals and their pet parents. She loves seeing her patients leave happier and healthier than when they arrived.
