Arrival Information

When you arrive, please come into the lobby to check-in unless it is after 8pm, and in that case call our phone number at (707) 787-5340. A technician will triage your pet to determine if your pet is stable to wait or if your pet needs to be seen immediately. Please be aware that patients will be triaged according to need. Critically ill patients will be seen first.

Specialty services (surgery and internal medicine) do see scheduled appointments, and those pets are brought in during their appointment time. These cases do not affect the timing of being seen by the ER service.
