Client Services
Come join our family! The Client Services Department at TruVet Specialty and Emergency Hospital facilitates the client visit starting with phone calls to make appointments, checking clients and their pets in upon arrival, followed by the checkout process when the visit is complete. We understand that each of our patients is a well-loved member of someone’s family and as such, we treat each pet as our own. In times of high stress, we are committed to supporting our clients in making timely and sometimes difficult decisions by being sensitive to both the patient’s and client’s needs. These are “people positions” requiring strong interpersonal skills. There is very little animal contact involved.
