Client Service Representative (CSR)
The CSR will work closely with the veterinary staff and all other departments within the hospital as well as with clients. Primary responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, providing hospitalized pet updates to clients, cashiering, and medical record maintenance. These duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls
- Assisting veterinary staff in scheduling appointments and procedures
- Helping to facilitate cases/admits/transfers from referral veterinarians
- Communicating with clients regarding updates, appointments, and estimates
- Entering client and veterinarian information into the electronic medical record
- Delivering messages to doctors and clients effectively and in a timely manner
- Cashiering
- Showing clients and their pets to the exam rooms
- Confirming appointments and client call backs
- Maintaining cleanliness of the front offices and reception

Job Type : Full-time. Salary is commensurate with experience
Experience: Interested candidates should have familiarity with Windows based computer programs, handling financial transactions, and routing phone calls. It is preferred that persons have a minimum of 1-year customer service-related experience and a high school diploma or G.E.D.
