Your Role
As part of our emergency and critical care team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of cases, providing hands-on, advanced veterinary care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Triage & Emergency Care – Assessing incoming emergency patients and assisting in life-saving procedures
- Advanced Veterinary Nursing – Including drug calculations (CRIs), blood product administration, and managing patients on oxygen
- Anesthesia & Surgery Assistance – Monitoring anesthetized and sedated patients during critical procedures
- Medical Procedures – Assisting with radiographs, endoscopy, CT and various treatments
- Client Communication & Education – Helping pet owners understand their pet’s care and treatment plans
- Patient Monitoring & Recovery – Ensuring comfort and stability for critically ill patients

Positions Available
- Day, overnight, and weekend shifts available
- Overnight positions – Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for experienced Level 3-4 RVTs & Veterinary Assistants (based on assessment test)
- Day & Swing positions – Sign-on bonus up to $3,000 for experience starting at Levels 2-4 for RVTs & Veterinary Assistants (based on assessment test)
- Pay scale for experienced ER RVT’s/ veterinary assistants meeting our requirements
