Paula R, Client Service Representative

Meet Paula R., a valued member of the TruVet team who has been with us for quite some time! Paula brings a unique blend of skills with her, having spent 5 years in general practice medicine and a whopping 15 years in IT before that. She’s also got a permit from the Veterinary Medical Board for Veterinary Assistance Controlled Substance, making her a well-rounded asset to our team.

When she’s not at work, Paula is all about soaking up the great outdoors—whether it’s camping, hitting the beach, enjoying the snow, or catching live music. She’s also a dedicated mom, cheering on her kids in volleyball and baseball. At home, Paula’s world is wonderfully full with her partner, four sons (ages 13 to 28), a 15-year-old daughter, and one adorable grandson. And let’s not forget Lucy, her lovable pit bull and German shepherd mix!

Paula’s favorite part of her job? Being part of a team that’s passionate about providing top-notch animal care. She loves helping both animals and their humans receive the best care possible.
