Kelsi R., Client Service Representative

Meet Kelsi, our fabulous Client Service Representative Supervisor at TruVet since July 2021! Before diving into the veterinary world, Kelsi brewed up smiles as a Starbucks Barista. She also spent 4 years in general practice before joining TruVet. As of May 2024, she’s a proud graduate of Lytle’s Beauty College!

When Kelsi isn’t making magic happen at work, she’s all about family, friends, and adventure. She’s a camping enthusiast, squeezing in as many “Lake Days” as possible. Her partner in crime? Gracee a Blue Heeler she affectionately calls her soul dog. But that’s not all – her household is a furry fiesta with Carl, a mixed breed, and Samara, her cat, along with her boyfriend of 8 years. To Kelsi, her pets are her kids, and they bring endless joy to her life.

Kelsi finds true inspiration in helping people and their pets, especially when those heartwarming reunions happen. Her advice for newbies joining our team? Be a team player! Our crew is all about teamwork and lending a hand without being asked.
