Operations Manager

The purpose of the Operations Manager is to enable consistent high-quality care, smooth operations, and a great client experience and involves:
- Working with managers, as well as CSR’s and technicians to create an efficient work-flow system.
- CSR, technician, and kennel technician scheduling
- Work with management to develop an efficient inventory management system and manage hospital ordering including blood products.
- Work with management to develop effective and efficient standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure they are followed
- Management of equipment maintenance and repair, including in-house lab machine maintenance.
- Addressing operational concerns and issues
- Monitoring overall customer satisfaction
- Working with CSR’s to contact inpatient owners daily to collect a 24-hour deposit as needed. All charges must be kept current at all times. A credit must be on an account at all times.
- Ensure efficient and error-free discharge of all inpatients
- Collaborate with other TruVet team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values
- Establish and maintain credible and professional relationships with clients and external vendors
- OSHA management
- As needed to maintain work flow, filling in for CSR or veterinary technician duties will be required.
- This position requires the utmost professionalism and discretion as an embodiment of TruVet values.
This is a full-time salary position, offering paid health care benefits, paid vacation, matching 401K and paid sick leave.
