Lisa Alexander, DVM, DACVS


Dr. Lisa Alexander is a board-certified surgeon. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from University of California, Davis and attended UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Alexander then moved to Los Angeles where she completed a rotating internship at West LA Veterinary Medical Group and followed that with a combined residency in veterinary surgery at Tufts University and Angell Memorial Animal Medical Center in Boston. She then moved back to California and began working at Berkeley Dog and Cat Hospital Specialty Veterinary Services where she stayed for 12 years. After that, she moved her practice to Rohnert Park where she stayed for 18 years. Dr. Alexander’s major interests include soft tissue, reconstructive, and oncologic surgery. We feel very fortunate to have Dr. Alexander on our team!
