Krista Boyles, DVM

Dr. Krista Boyles grew up spending half her childhood in Texas and half in Southern California. After graduating Texas A&M University with her BS in Animal Sciences, she attended the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. With adventure and change in mind, she moved to Austin, Texas to start her career. For three years she worked as a small animal general practice and emergency veterinarian near downtown and loved the food, the people, and the culture of the city. She returned to Northern California in 2022 and has been working as a relief veterinarian around the Bay Area in emergency and general practice. Since then, she has found her new home at TruVet.

Dr. Boyles loves creating a bond with her patients and clients whether it’s during an emergency or throughout every planned life stage. When she is not working, Dr. Boyles can be found eating her way through the Bay Area, wine tasting, squeezing on her nephew pups, or at home snuggled up with her cat, Millie.
