Meet Jennifer, our superstar supervisor of the awesome Client Service Representatives at TruVet since March 2024! With a treasure trove of experience in the veterinary world as a Client Service Representative, veterinary assistant, and veterinary surgery assistant, she’s been rocking this industry since 2011. Jennifer’s journey includes general practice, surgery, and working on spay and neuter teams. She’s all about Fear Free and Low-stress handling for every furry friend that walks through our doors.

Jennifer’s impressive resume doesn’t stop there! She’s been a professional dog-walker, pet sitter, and has a wealth of experience in non-profit, administrative, supervisory, and management roles. Her customer service skills shine through her work in retail, optometry, event planning, merchandising, loss prevention, inventory, and operations management.

Her vast knowledge in the veterinary field is built on on-the-job training, continuing education, and attending symposiums. She’s also diving into the RVT program at SRJC and other college courses to keep leveling up.

When she’s not at work, Jennifer is all about live music at concerts, camping, and lake life. She loves the serenity of hiking through the mountains among the pine trees and redwoods. She’s also into rockhounding, making jewelry, and cheering on the San Francisco Giants, 49ers, and San Jose Sharks. Spending time with her friends, both human and furry, brings her joy, especially when she’s on adventures with her best friend and sidekick, a Chiweenie named Remy.

The most inspiring part of Jennifer’s job is helping animals and supporting people and their furbabies during stressful times. She considers it a great honor to be part of an animal’s healing journey.

So, whether she’s at a concert or hiking through the redwoods, Jennifer brings a whole lot of passion and positivity to everything she does!
